Walt's Mystery Mountain Bike Ride

Walt’s Mystery Mountain Bike Ride

Walt had a great mountain bike ride planned for Sunday, October, 28 but forgot what it was! Please show up and help jog his memory. Options include the so-called Gentleman’s Loop around Lake Lagunitas (Walt is no gentleman), a Mount Tam Kora, the 680 experience, or a practice run of the Pine Mountain loop prior to Thanksgiving. There will be re-grouping at all major intersections.

Mileage, vertical climbing, and duration will depend on the ride chosen, but this ride will probably not be suitable for beginners or rational people. Helmets, gloves, and water are required, as is an adventurous attitude. Halloween costumes are welcome but not required. Rain cancels.

The ride will meet at 10:00 AM, Sunday October 28 at the Split Rock Tap and Grill parking lot in Fairfax, with a planned departure of 10:15 AM. Possible libations afterwards.

Walt can be reached at 415-254-0118 for questions, ride suggestions, or discussions regarding the meaning of life.
