Location: San Rafael High School 150 Third Street, San Rafael CA 94901 ***there are no bathrooms at the start; please plan accordingly. First bathroom stop will be about 30 mins away at mile 5.5 Bullhead Flat bathrooms inside China Camp State Park***
Pace: Leisurely Pace 10-12 mph for the entire ride
Route: 3rd Street to Point San Pedro Rd, China Camp State Park; restroom and water stop at mile 5.5 Bullhead flat, Marin County Civic Center Lagoon Park area, a gradual 200' climb on Los Ranchitos road and we're almost back to the start. Route Map
Dive right in with Margie Baer as we roll out our Slow Sunday Leisurely Pace Spring Series. Ride easy at a 10-12 mph average pace and build up your stamina. Have you been looking for a shorter ride to hop back into the fray; been off the bike for a little while and want to jump back in; looking to refresh some group riding skills? This is a terrific opportunity to ride on a course that has bike paths, lower traffic volume roads and gentle climbs. Share your riding questions, comments and thoughts with us...others may have similar experiences. Do bring at least 1 bottle of liquid and energy bar/gel/gummies for the ride. Please make sure your bike in good maintenance.
Regroups and stops:
-First bathroom stop is at mile 5.5 Bullhead Flat bathrooms inside China Camp State Park, about 30 mins into the ride; please plan accordingly
-Plenty of regroups and stops that will be determined by the ride leader

Registration Info
Registration is required
-All riders must register to ride, members and non-members
-20% or more chance of rain at noon cancels the ride
-Must wear a helmet
-Please make sure your bike is in good maintenance
-Bring spare tube(s), mini pump/C02, or tubeless repair kit as necessary
-Day time running lights are highly recommended
-Please download the route to your bike computer or print out a route sheet
